With a specialization in Neurofeedback since 2010, I have dedicated my practice to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate challenges as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and BiPolar Disorder, as well as those on the Autistic Spectrum. My expertise has been recognized in publications, and I have participated in interviews highlighting evidence-based treatments for neurodivergent populations. I received my Neurofeedback training under the esteemed Sue and Siegfried Othmer,.D. at the EEG Institute. Additionally, I utilize Neurofeedback for peak-performance training, assisting athletes and individuals in the performing arts to enhance their focus and manage anxiety.
